The CFP selection committee released their first rankings of the 2026 season earlier this week, and fans can look forward to several matches between ranked teams this Saturday. As early as 12:00 PM ET, we’ll have No. 3 Utah hosting No. 9 BYU. At 7:30 PM ET, No. 1 Miami will visit No. 11 Notre Dame while No. 2 Georgia visits No. 10 Ole Miss.
Bachmeier hasn’t been afraid to air the ball out for the Cougars this season. He’s only fallen short of 215 passing yards twice this season: in a win against TCU where he became the team’s leading rusher, and the season opener against Utah Tech.
Fletcher has been productive in his senior season with the Hurricanes. He’s scored at least one touchdown in each of his last six games, and he scored three times in the team’s most recent win over North Carolina.

Chambliss has been rattling off multiple-touchdown games this season for the Rebels, throwing for two or more against all but one of their opponents. He threw for 362 yards and two touchdowns in the Sugar Bowl last season, when Ole Miss beat Georgia 39-34.
