And for the record, I am far from what nightmares are made of #choosekindness.”
One comment read: “Surgery really does amazing things for people.” While a second read: “Bruce is prettier.” “I’m sorry but she is not easy looking on the eyes,” commented another person. While another said: “What nightmares are made of.”
But Tallulah was soon flooded with support, with her husband, musician Justin Acee writing: “I love you, you’re beautiful.” Lindsey Hartman added: “Most beautiful girl.”
“You’ve come a long way, if they only knew… you’re beautiful inside and out,” said one fan. This is not the first time that Tallulah has opened up about her disordered eating, having lived with anorexia.
During her struggle with the eating disorder, Tallulah’s hair started to fall out. She also recieved treatment at a recovery facility in 2022, which she documented on social media.

“I very visibly was struggling with an eating disorder, and because of the age of social media and that was very present, and there was actually a tremendous amount of concern for me that I got on my Instagram. As I’m early in recovery in that, it’s interesting to talk about it because I don’t know if I had my full footing, I’m just trying every day.
“I wanted to talk about that because I felt like it was really important to share that it was very scary, that it was really hard.” Writing in Vogue’s May 2023 issue, she disclosed that she had been suffering from anorexia nervosa for the past four years.
