However, she denied the claims after her horrible 2017 accident. For the unversed, she tripped and fell outside her Nashville home, which resulted in her getting 40 stitches in her face.
Carrie revealed that every magazine keeps writing about crazy things she had done to her face. It is a little sad, as she wished she had gotten some awesome plastic surgery to make the scar look better. She was quoted as saying:
“I’m on some magazine every other week for something crazy. It’s a little sad because the truth is just as interesting. I wish I’d gotten some awesome plastic surgery to make this [scar] look better.”
Dr. Steven Fallek talked about Carrie’s skin and how she had some laser or microdermabrasion to improve her skin texture. Some even stated that she had some fillers too. Coming to her scary injury, Carrie revealed that she was taking the dogs out to pee one last time for the day, before she got tripped. There was one step, and despite it, she didn’t let their leashes go from her hand. But in order to catch herself, she missed a step and fell off. She said:
“I was taking the dogs out to go pee one last time, and I just — I tripped. There was one step, and I didn’t let go of the leashes! Priorities! So that’s why my left hand’s fine. But I went to catch myself, and I just missed a step. If I had fallen anywhere else, I would have been perfectly fine. But it was one step that messed everything up.”
Carrie expressed that she was worried about her son being scared of her due to the injury when she would heal. But whenever she puts on her makeup, her son is always like, ‘Mumma, your boo-boo is all gone.
Carrie revealed that her mother often tries not to worry much about plastic surgery rumors. She said her mother tells her what people are saying about her. Carrie added that she tells her that she does not care and is just trying to raise her son and live her life.
