Christine McGuinness got the rumourmill spinning amid her rumoured romance with boxer Nicola Adams, after they shared very similar Instagram posts.
Paddy McGuiness’ ex-wife is thought to be growing close to the former Strictly Come Dancing star after they were spotted together at the DIVA Awards in London.
As speculation of a blossoming romance ramped up, the pair uploaded separate singing videos to their social media pages, raising eyebrows with the timing.
Christine could be seen belting out tunes while driving on a road trip and, while Nicola was elsewhere, she also filmed herself dancing and singing to a series of hits on her Instagram profile.

Appearing to make light of the recent headlines, Christine wrote: “Let’s drive – disclaimer… There is absolutely zero hidden messages, coded music, secret notes ‘To’ or ‘About’ anyone! I had DJ X choose the music at random (You know at least five people will think it’s about them!”
Although neither have addressed the speculation publicly, an insider revealed that they were cosy while at a recent event, telling the Daily Mail: “They were inseparable and looked like they were a couple.”
Christine was previously married to TV host Paddy from 2011 to 2022, with their divorce finalised in 2024. She recently revealed they’re closer than ever.
They still live under the same roof in Cheshire alongside their three children while they wait for the house to sell, but the former model insisted that he is fully supportive of her choice to date women.
The coy post comes after the mum-of-three confessed that she “wildly overshared” on an LGBTQ+ podcast, while discussing her sexuality, sex life and love of ‘Japanese bondage’.
During the interview, Christine told hosts Amy Spalding and Gareth Valentino that although she wasn’t looking to be legally married again following her divorce from Paddy, she “would love to have a wife one day”.
“The [double life] is ideal for me, because I don’t want to bring somebody into my personal life too quick. I like the separate life,'” she said. “My family, my kids, my home is up there and then I come to London, step off that train, I can work, have fun, I can sleep in and I don’t need to worry about everything.
“I love a double life! And this has become a problem because eventually it gets to the point where, obviously, I’m quite happy at this, and then my woman’s going…
“[When] am I going to meet the kids? And ‘are we doing this forever’? And I’m kind of going like, ‘OK, I thought I did tell you that that wasn’t going to change any time soon at the beginning.
“I feel like it’s always me that sticks to the plan. This has been a thing with all of the women that I’ve dated. I’ll always let them know my situation.”
When asked if she shows him potential dates to get his opinion, Christine told the hosts, “There’s times where we have, yeah”, before assuring she’s “not trying to plan too far ahead” but rather “just seeing how things go”.
While Paddy and Christine happily co-parent three children together, she’s clear she doesn’t want any more.
“I always make sure that that’s known,” she said. “And that I don’t want any more children because a lot of the women that I meet usually don’t have children and they want children, whereas I have had them.
“So that’s something that I try and be honest about at the beginning to anybody that I’m even talking to.”
