Kadapa: A couple died by suicide on railway tracks on Saturday near Kanumanonipalle in Kadapa district.
Railway sub-inspector Sunil Kumar Reddy identified the deceased as Sudheer and his wife Penchalamma of Mullapalle village in Chennur mandal.
Police said Sudheer died in the afternoon, while Penchalamma ended her life at the same spot later in the evening. Railway police registered a case and shifted the bodies to RIMS Kadapa for post-mortem.
