The report was first published by Fox News and Radar Online, where former Florida reporter, Kristyn Caddell, released snaps that showcased her romantic relationship with Chris Hansen. In an interview with Radar Online, she claimed that her life had changed when Kristyn came into an alleged relationship with Chris. He was married to Mary Joan Hansen, his now former wife.

“I believed him with my heart. You can say I was naïve, as it was. That was my biggest crime, being naïve.”

Kristyn Caddell claimed that when she entered a relationship with Chris Hansen, she thought his marriage to Mary was coming to an end. Hence, she had started spending time with him. In an interview, she claimed to believe in him as she was innocent and said: Well, in interviews, Kristyn Caddell alleged that Hansen had made her believe he was separating from his ex-wife, and so she was thinking of a future with him. However, Hansen had strictly denied the affair and claimed that they were just friends.

However, when she had no work, she decided to speak up as employers did not want to hire her. In her words:

“I thought by not saying anything, and Chris advised me that it would be in my best interest not to say anything, that I would continue to go and my life would go back to normal. My life has been the exact opposite of that. I probably don’t go a day without an employer [telling] me they do not want to hire me because of the situation involving Chris Hansen.”
