Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3: The Conclusion is recording a strong response at the advance booking counters ahead of its theatrical release on October 2. With two days still remaining before the film hits cinemas, the sequel has already surpassed the final advance ticket sales recorded by Drishyam 2 in the three national chains.
According to Sacnilk the latest advance booking figures of Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has generated Rs 24.94 crore in advance sales across four show dates, including blocked seats. The figure stands at Rs 17.74 crore when block bookings are excluded. For its opening day on Friday, October 2, the film has already clocked Rs 13.04 crore in advance sales.
The film’s pre-release momentum has also been reflected in its wider domestic advance bookings. Drishyam 3 has crossed the Rs 17 crore mark for its first three days within 72 hours of bookings opening, indicating sustained interest ahead of its release.
Maharashtra is currently leading the advance sales for the film’s opening day, contributing Rs 4.24 crore, which accounts for around 32% of the total gross. The top 10 states collectively account for around 90% of the opening-day gross. With 48 hours still left, the advance booking numbers are expected to rise further before the film hits theatres.
The advance booking trend also puts the film ahead of its predecessor. Drishyam 2, which released on November 18, 2022, had concluded its opening-day advance sales at around 1.27 lakh tickets across the three national chains. The film went on to open at approximately ₹15 crore net domestically.
With two days still left before Drishyam 3 arrives in theatres, its current advance sales have already moved past the final pre-release benchmark set by Drishyam 2.
