New Delhi: Actor Dulquer Salmaan is set to attend the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, which will run between August 13 and August 23.The actor, known for his roles in projects such as “Charlie” and “Sita Ramam”, among others, will attend the festival as one of the Guests of Honour, joining a stellar line-up of India’s finest cinematic voices, according to a press release.

Salmaan said it is an honour to be recognised by the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, which “consistently celebrates the diversity and excellence of Indian cinema on a global stage”. “I’ve always believed that stories have the power to travel beyond languages and borders, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see audiences across the world embrace our films,” he said in a statement.
