Fuel Prices Surge Again; Petrol Crosses ₹117 in AP, ₹115 in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Fuel prices have gone up sharply once again across the country. State-run oil marketing companies increased petrol prices by ₹2.84 per litre and diesel prices by ₹2.86 per litre. The revised rates came into effect from 6 am today.

This is the fourth fuel price hike in recent weeks. Following the latest revision, petrol in Delhi is priced at ₹102.12 per litre, while diesel costs ₹95.20. In Mumbai, petrol has risen to ₹111.21 and diesel to ₹97.83 per litre. Chennai recorded petrol at ₹107.77 and diesel at ₹99.55 per litre.

In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, fuel prices have reached record levels. In Vijayawada, petrol is now priced at ₹117.19 per litre and diesel at ₹104.88. Guntur recorded petrol prices at ₹117.59 and diesel at ₹105.28 per litre. In Hyderabad, petrol is being sold at ₹115.58 per litre, while diesel costs ₹103.74 following the latest nationwide hike.
