The Indian-born English golfer’s victory marks the biggest milestone of his career. As he made the biggest milestone, the focus suddenly shifted to his family, especially his wife, Gaurika Bishnoi.

Just like Aaron, Gaurika has also built an impressive career in golf. She is one of the leading names in the Indian golf circuit. Gaurika Bishnoi became one of the leading players on the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour. She won multiple professional titles across India and is ranked India’s No. 1 female golfer in both 2017 and 2019.

Hailing from Gurugram, Gaurika was initially interested in tennis, but when she saw her younger brother playing golf at DLF Golf and Country Club, she took an interest in the sport. Apart from her brilliance on the field, Gaurika also excels academically. She holds a degree in Economics from Jesus and Mary College in the University of Delhi.

Gaurika Bishnoi was Aaron Rai’s caddie at the Masters

Gaurika Bishnoi garnered attention during the Masters Par 3 contest at the Masters Tournament. She was Aaron’s caddie and also stepped up to hit a shot. The moment became viral soon, and people started searching more about her. In the same year, Aaron served as Gaurika’s caddie during a Ladies European Tour event.

Following his historic PGA Championship victory at Aronimink Golf Club, he opened up about their relationship, sharing that she won most of the time they locked in practice together. He also revealed holding chipping contests and stated:

“We practice quite a lot together. Honestly, she beats me more times than I beat her. When we have putting contests, chipping contests, we do some wedge games on TrackMan. I do well to keep up with her. She really is that good.”

Gaurika Bishnoi plays a huge role in Aaron Rai’s career

Aaron Rai and Gaurika Bishnoi married in July 2025 during a lavish Indian wedding ceremony at Hedsor House near London. The duo now lives in Jacksonville, Florida. While Aaron keeps his life private, he occasionally spoke about Gaurika’s impact on his life. After securing his third DP World Tour title at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship in November 2025, he spoke about his wife, Gaurika and revealed:

“It’s hard for me to really sum up how much of an effect she’s had on me as a person, and also that actually feeds into my golf. This year has been truly special with us getting married, caddying for her, being with her, getting married, practising and playing together. It’s just a peaceful thing to be able to share different parts of our lives with one another and being with each other every step of the way. Yeah, very special.”
