Italian luxury brand Ermenegildo Zegna Group has reported a 10.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenues to €517.1 million (~$589.5 million) in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, supported by strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance across its brands and regions.
On an organic basis, group revenues grew 11 per cent, marking a sequential acceleration compared with the previous quarter.
Ermenegildo ‘Gildo’ Zegna, executive chairman of the Group, said the company’s quarterly performance reflected the strength of its client-centric model, with DTC revenues growing 17 per cent organically. He added that Zegna’s brand engagement initiatives, including the Villa Zegna event in Los Angeles, along with progress at Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion, supported the group’s long-term ambitions.
DTC channel strengthens across all three brands
The Zegna brand remained the key growth driver in Q2, with revenues rising 16.9 per cent YoY to €324.3 million (~$369.7 million), while organic growth reached 16.5 per cent. Tom Ford Fashion revenues increased 4.5 per cent to €89.1 million, with organic growth of 7.1 per cent, supported by strong demand for its Spring/Summer collections. Thom Browne revenues were broadly stable at €64.9 million, with organic growth of 2.7 per cent.
The group’s retail-first strategy continued to strengthen its DTC channel, which recorded revenues of €410.9 million in Q2, increasing 16.4 per cent YoY and 17.3 per cent organically. All three brands achieved double-digit organic growth in DTC sales.
Zegna’s DTC revenues increased 18.6 per cent to €301 million, Thom Browne rose 11.8 per cent to €51.8 million, and Tom Ford Fashion grew 9.9 per cent to €58.1 million.
Americas led regional growth as Asia-Pacific markets strengthen
Wholesale branded revenues declined 9.8 per cent YoY to €67.5 million, reflecting the company’s strategic shift towards direct customer engagement and reduced dependence on wholesale distribution, Zegna said in a press release.
Regionally, the Americas delivered the strongest performance, with Q2 revenues rising 20 per cent YoY to €165.3 million, driven by double-digit DTC growth across all brands. Greater China revenues increased 12.2 per cent to €112 million, while Rest of Asia-Pacific (APAC) grew 11.5 per cent to €62.1 million. EMEA revenues edged up 1.3 per cent to €177.1 million.
For the first half (H1) of 2026, the group recorded revenues of €987.3 million (~$1,125.5 million), up 6.4 per cent from €927.7 million in H1 2025. Organic growth during the period stood at 9.3 per cent.
At the end of June 2026, Ermenegildo Zegna Group operated 474 directly operated stores globally, including 279 ZEGNA stores, 128 Thom Browne stores and 67 Tom Ford Fashion stores.
