Vijayawada:YSRC president and former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy met Governor S. Abdul Nazeer at Lok Bhavan here on Wednesday and submitted a representation on alleged irregularities in DSC-2025 recruitment and the attack on party cadre during protests.
Jagan Mohan Reddy reiterated his demand for the resignation of minister for human resources and information technology N. Lokesh ahead of a CBI inquiry into the alleged lapses in the DSC recruitment.
Later, speaking to the media, Jagan Mohan Reddy produced what he said was evidence of irregularities in the DSC recruitment and explained how, according to him, the alleged scam unfolded.
He condemned the attack on YSRC leaders at the SAAP office and said permission had been obtained to submit a representation. He alleged that a dharna was organised at the same venue by persons who had earlier attacked media offices and that unemployed youth and YSRC cadre were attacked.
