Germany coach Jürgen Klopp has called up RB Leipzig right back Ridle Baku after Borussia Dortmund’s Waldemar Anton was ruled out of the last two Nations League group games with a muscle injury.
The German Football Federation said in a statement on Sunday that Baku would report for duty on Monday along with the rest of the 24-man squad. Germany visit Serbia on Friday and host the Netherlands in Berlin three days later.

The change means Finn Jeltsch is likely to become the spare centre half, with Baku – who has eight caps – now deputizing for right back Philipp Treu instead.
Germany are third in the standings as the Nations League group stage comes to a close. They are three points behind the Netherlands and Greece, meaning Klopp’s side still have a chance of finishing in the top two and making the quarter-finals in March.
