Meet The ‘Deadpool Killer’, Wade Wilson’s Ex-GF, Alexis, Sent Him Money, Got His Name Tattooed

Wade Wilson is one of the coldest-blooded killers in the present time. He brutally murdered two women in less than 24 hours and then boasted about it to his father and later to the police. However, to everyone’s surprise, that was not the only disturbing part of the entire case. As soon as Wade’s videos and pictures started making the rounds online, fans began to lose their minds over him, earning him a massive fanbase that tried to get him out of prison. One such person was Alexis Williams, who not only fell for his charms, but also shared an intimate relationship with the ‘Deadpool Killer’.

Following Wade Wilson’s arrest, a disturbing wave of female attention began to surround him. Infatuated with his bad-boy aura and magnificent looks, the group of admirers who referred to themselves as ‘Wade’s Wives’ started demanding that Wade be set free. Despite the severity of his crimes, some women expressed fascination and loyalty, writing letters, attending hearings, and publicly defending him. Wade began receiving letters from women asking him to impregnate them and even got his name tattooed on themselves. However, things went awry when a group of women launched a petition on Change.org to prevent his death penalty

However, one of the most visible figures associated with this phenomenon was Alexis Williams, who openly discussed her relationship with Wade Wilson. She was later interviewed in Paramount+’s docuseries, Handsome Devil: Charming Killer, in which she explains how she started talking to him, and how her opinions have changed since then.

Alexis Williams said that when she first learned about Wade Wilson’s case, she felt an immediate urge to reach out to him. While it began with her writing letters to him, things escalated when he responded, establishing a regular correspondence between them. Alexis shared that she was drawn to his possessiveness and found his dimpled smile especially captivating. According to her, he frequently complimented her, and their communication quickly became intimate.

Alexis Williams further revealed that she was struggling with her self-esteem at the time, and speaking with Wade Wilson gave her a sense of confidence she had been lacking. Initially, she believed he may have been wrongfully incarcerated and that there was more to the story. In the docuseries, she shared that Wade made her believe that the crimes were wrongfully being imposed on him and his imprisonment was completely unjust. Over time, Alexis began to believe him and began sending Wade money, clothing, and items from the commissary.

According to Alexis, he was rarely satisfied with what she provided and consistently asked for more. Both eventually confessed their love for one another. When his trial began, she recalled that Wade Wilson even requested various suits and crocodile-skin shoes for his court appearances. At the time, Alexis Williams said she did not question these demands and brushed them off as simply part of his personality.

What was Wade Wilson arrested for?

Wade Wilson rose to fame when he was put on trial for the murder of two innocent women, the 35-year-old Kristine Melton and the 43-year-old bartender, Diane Ruiz. The ‘Deadpool Killer’ met Kristine at the bar in Cape Coral back in 2019. However, she made a fatal mistake when she allowed Wade to convince him to take him to her place. According to reports, the two spent some time there, but as soon as she fell asleep, Wade strangled her to death and stole her car. A few hours later, he came across Diane, who was on her way to work; he got her to enter the vehicle and strangled her too. Later, he pushed her out and ran over her with the car multiple times until she was completely unrecognisable.

When Wade Wilson’s trial began in 2024, Alexis Williams attended the hearing to support the ‘Deadpool Killer’. However, as the evidence was presented, she soon understood the facts of the case and grew uncomfortable with the reality she had been avoiding. According to Alexis, the testimony of Zane Romero, Diane Ruiz’s son, completely changed her perspective. She said she could not comprehend how a child had been forced to endure such pain because of Wade’s actions. From that point on, she saw him differently and cut off all contact.

During the trial, Alexis Williams found out that Wade Wilson had been communicating with multiple other women in similar ways and had received significant financial support from them. Alexis later said she has moved on from that chapter of her life, that her views have fully changed, and that she regrets ever having had a close relationship with him.
