Billionaire Michael Dell’s wife, Susan Dell recently generated immense buzz after videos from her White House meet-up with President Trump went viral. The purpose of Susan and Michael Dell’s visit was to announce that the Trump Accounts became active. It came nearly a year after the couple announced they would donate a staggering USD 6.2 billion to Trump Accounts. Despite the update on the philanthropic venture, the public interest was focused on Susan’s appearance.
Many claimed that Susan looked extremely gaunt and showcased eccentric mannerisms. Some alleged that she fell prey to what they call a ‘mar-a-lago’ face transformation and called her unrecognizable. It also sparked plastic surgery rumors. Recently, her husband, Michael hit back at the critics, defending her from the hate train.
Susan Dell’s husband, Michael Dell hit back at criticism against her alleged unrecognizable look
Michael Dell proved to be a supportive husband to his wife, Susan Dell, standing by her as she faced intense scrutiny over her alleged changed appearance. Michael and Susan both maintain a very private life and rarely speak about themselves or address public chatter about them. Recently, after the conversation about her alleged change in appearance took a turn for the worse, Michael finally stepped forward to defend her in his own way.
The 61-year-old CEO of Dell Technologies shared positive posts from netizens who benefited from their donation to the Trump Accounts. Among the X (formerly Twitter) posts Michael reposted, many were heartfelt messages of gratitude and love for him and Susan, and a few defended her against backlash over her alleged unrecognizable look. They urged others to leave Susan alone.
A grandma who claimed to have received financial aid from the Trump Accounts wrote, “My grandson got 250 dollars in his Trump account from Susan Dell. Please leave that woman alone. Thank you Susan.” Conservative Mike Cernovich also echoed similar sentiments and stated, “The Dell family gave 7 billion dollars directly to American children. And instead of gratitude, there’s much discussion of a 62 year old woman’s looks.”
Michael reposted all such messages with “You’re welcome” and an emoji of the American flag. In that way, he showed his gratitude to the people who praised their philanthropic venture rather than mocking his wife and claiming she got a ‘mar-a-lago’ face transformation.

Susan and Michael Dell’s October 2026 White House appearance sparked online chatter about her look. The videos and pictures from the appearance soon went viral, with many people questioning whether the mom-of-four had received plastic surgery or aesthetic treatments. Taking to X, a user expressed their dismay and said, “What is wrong with Susan Dell’s face/eyes? She does not look human.” Another said, “Yes, I can’t get over it??? What happened? Don’t want to be mean, but?”
An X user claimed that they were taken aback by Susan’s appearance, writing, “Wow, Susan’s face is kinda freaking me out.” Another comment read, “Susan Dell needs to chill with the eyeliner and plastic surgery. She looks like a puppet.” As the buzz grew, Irish Star US spoke with the medical Director of Cosmedics skin clinics, Dr Ross Perry, asking him about the possible reason behind Susan Dell’s looks.
Perry revealed that while her face does look different, the reason behind it could vary. He pointed out that several aesthetic procedures, surgical or non-surgical, could produce this result.
