Presidents Cup week has already started with a bang for the Americans.
The U.S. recorded the largest margin of victory in the Junior Presidents Cup with a 17.5-6.5 victory over the Internationals on Monday at Medinah Country Club.

Miles Russell won his singles match over New Zealand’s Cooper Moore, 6 and 4, to cap a 2-1 performance for the top-ranked junior. Giuseppe Puebla, Jessy Huebner and Sam Carraher all went 3-0, while Grayson Baucom went 2-0-1.
The Americans swept Sunday’s opening fourballs 6-0 before taking four of the six foursomes matches to enter Monday’s singles session with a 10-2 lead.
The event was played on a routing using holes from both Nos. 1 and 2 courses at Medinah. The No. 3 course will host this week’s Presidents Cup.
The U.S. has now won all five editions of the Junior Presidents Cup. The previous record for margin of victory was six points in 2024.
