Apart from this, some users also hailed Salman Khan’s cameo in the movie, Raja Shivaji. For those unaware, he portrayed the role of ‘Jeeva Mahala’. Appreciating him, one user shared, “Even Salman Khan has stepped in to support the film with his presence and his cameo truly adds energy and impact to the narrative. According to a report by ABP Live, the director and main lead of the film, Raja Shivaji, Riteish Deshmukh, charged around Rs. 15-18 crore. Reportedly, he was the highest paid actor of the film. His wife, Genelia Deshmukh, who played the role of ‘Saibai Bhosale’ took home a paycheque of Rs. 1-2 crore. Abhishek Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt reportedly charged around Rs. 8-10 crore. Lastly, Fardeen Khan took a paycheque of around Rs. 2-3 crore.

A few days ago, at the trailer launch of the movie, Raja Shivaji, the director, Riteish Deshmukh got teary-eyed and revealed that he had been trying to make the film for 10 years; however, he always faced issues, which made him pause his preparations. Further, he thanked Genelia Deshmukh for standing beside him and his dream. It is worth mentioning that at the trailer launch, Genelia, too, got emotional when the Housefull actor thanked her.
