Ruth Langsford put on a display of unity with Eamonn Holmes’ son, Niall. After the Loose Women anchor and her now ex-husband, Eamonn Holmes, announced their separation and plans to divorce in 2024, Niall has been a rock for Ruth.
After 14 years of marriage, the pair left the showbiz world, rocked by their breakup. Since then, Eamonn has moved on with Katie Alexander, but the news didn’t go down well with his children from a previous relationship.
Eamonn is said to have fallen out with his son Niall, and a “huge row” reportedly broke out between the pair. The row is said to have been “heartbreaking” for the former This Morning star, who accused Niall of siding with Ruth.
Niall allegedly hit out at his father’s behaviour after he and Katie arrived at an engagement party together, a little over a year after he and Ruth split. But today, Ruth and Niall put on a united front as they joined the likes of her Loose co-star Frankie Bridge, Sir Trevor McDonald, William Hague, Rory McIlroy and his wife Erica Stoll, and Richard Curtis.
