The infamous Lohagad murder case has sent shockwaves throughout the nation. This case involves a 26-year-old businessman, Ketan Agarwal, who went on a trip to Lohagad Fort with his fiancee, Siya Goyal. According to multiple reports, 20-year-old Siya allegedly pushed Ketan off Lohagad Fort into a deep gorge 400 feet below. Now, some fresh information about the couple’s Bali trip has been unveiled. They were supposed to go to Bali for their pre-wedding shoot.
Was Siya Goyal forced to go to Bali with her fiance, Ketan Agarwal, for their pre-wedding shoot?
Recently, an NDTV report stated that a driver named Vaibhav Jadhav, who drove Siya, Ketan and their family members to Mumbai airport from where she was to fly to Bali for a pre-wedding shoot, claimed that the 20-year-old Siya was forced by her elder brother, Sahil. The driver alleged that Sahil held his sister’s hand and forcibly made her sit inside the cab after they were picked up from Pune. He also claimed that the sister-brother duo argued during the journey between Pune and Ravet. The two were joined by Ketan and some of his family members.

Ketan Agarwal’s father, Vishal, suspected foul play when only his son’s passport went missing at the Mumbai airport
While speaking to reporters, Ketan’s father, Vishal, shared that only four people, Ketan, Ketan’s sister, Siya and her brother, Sahil, were inside the cab. They were travelling from Pune to Mumbai airport to catch the flight to Bali. According to Vishal, everyone inside the car checked their passports, and those were kept in a single pouch. In his words:
“While leaving home, only four people were in the car: my daughter, my son, Siya, and Siya’s brother, Sahil. Everyone checked their passports while sitting in the car, and all the passports, currency, credit cards, driving licences, etc, were kept in a single pouch. That pouch was in the car itself.
They stopped at a food mall, and it was Siya who said that she forgot her mobile and went back to the car to get it. However, after arriving at the airport, everyone had their passports except Ketan. Due to this, the Bali trip that was scheduled for their pre-wedding shoot in the first week of June 2026 got cancelled. In his words:
“They stopped at a food mall. At the food mall, Siya said she forgot her mobile and went back to the car to get it. After arriving at the airport, everyone had their passports except Ketan. Only Ketan’s passport got stolen. Because of that, he couldn’t go and had to return from the airport.”
Did Siya Goyal steal Ketan Agarwal’s passport as they halted at a food mall?
The driver, Vaibhav Jadhav, stated that the group halted at a food court for tea and snacks. That’s when he heard Siya telling others that she needed to get something from the cab. She then returned to the vehicle alone. Vaibhav claimed that he saw Siya removing certain belongings from the cab and keeping them in her pocket. After dropping the group, Vaibhav reportedly got a call from Ketan, who informed him that his passport had been left behind in the car. However, Vaibhav didn’t find anything in the car.
Siya Goyal allegedly dumped her fiance, Ketan Agarwal’s passport in a female washroom
According to police sources, Siya Goyal deliberately stole her fiance, Ketan Agarwal’s passport to avoid going to Bali with him. During the investigation, cops found that Siya, after stealing Ketan’s passport from the cab, dumped it in a female washroom. Speaking to PTI, senior police inspector Dinesh Tayde said:
“Our probe showed that after stealing the passport from the car at the food mall at Khalapur, Siya dumped it in the women’s washroom. While we are probing the murder, a team will also be sent to the mall to see if the passport can be retrieved.”
