Three people have been arrested and charged over the death of a man in Aberdeen in November last year.

David Prystajko, 44, was found dead at a property on Marquis Road on Saturday 22 November 2025.

Two men, aged 27 and 32, and a 43-year-old woman are expected to appear before Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.

David’s family said he was a “deeply loved father, son and brother”.

In a statement his family said: “He was a caring and loving person, and the grief experienced due to this unexpected loss has been unimaginable.

“There has not been a single day that David has been out of our thoughts, and he will remain in our hearts forever.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Police Scotland for their dedication in the inquiry and for the support they have provided our family throughout this incredibly traumatic time.”

Police Scotland Det Insp Andy Machray said: “Our thoughts remain with David’s family during this difficult time.

“Incidents of this nature can understandably cause concern for the local community, and we’d like to thank the public for their support during this investigation.”
