Towie star Jake Hall posted a sad message to social media just a day before his tragic death. The reality TV star, 35, had been on the holiday island of Majorca when he sadly died in a freak accident.
Hall was killed after smashing into a glass tour and suffering an injury to his head, according to reports. The tragic incident happened after the star had been out partying with friends.
Just hours before his death, he had shared an emotional message with fans as he uploaded a video from his trip to Instagram. He wrote: ” Life is b*****ks sometimes but I’m gonna try remember the good things – looking through things – I’m just making art – in many forms.”
The tragic video showed clips of his daughter dancing by the water and the reality star wearing suits and dancing during the trip.
The family looked to also be creating artwork on the trip. His upload, which had comments limited, has since been met with messages of condolence following the news of his death breaking. He had placed The Rolling Stones’ Beast of Burden tune over the top of his upload.
It had followed another post a day earlier showing Jake and his daughter during the holiday. He captioned his upload: “My world – my world! My world,” alongside a heart emoji.
The reality star was found dead at a Spanish holiday villa in Majorca after suffering from head injuries. It’s claimed the star was found in a pool of blood with head wounds, caused by shards of glass. Claims suggest Jake had been partying and decided to head back to the property he was renting.
The police have questioned four men and two women, who were also staying at the address, according to reports. It’s thought the six people told police they returned to the property in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Police were called to the address in Santa Margalida, in the north of Majorca at 7:30am local time. There is to be an autopsy carried out in Palma in the coming hours. The investigation, which is being carried out by the Civil Guard, is ongoing.
A police source said: “We are focusing on the theory the victim died in a tragic accident after hitting his head against the glass door but it is still too early to say definitely what happened.”
The late model and footballer first joined The Only Way Is Essex in 2015 alongside his friend, Vas J Morgan and the ex-partner of Chloe Lewis. He was part of the cast between seasons 14 and 17.
Following his successful stint on the show, he opted to focus on his fashion empire, By Jake Hall. He also was workign with his previous brand, Prévu Studio.
Jake’s death comes less than two months after former Towie star Jordan Wright was found dead in Phuket in March, aged 33.
