Hyderabad: On the occasion of Bakrid prayers at Mir Alam Tank Edgah on Thursday from 7 am to 11.30 am, the Hyderabad traffic police imposed traffic diversions and parking arrangements in the following areas
Mir Alam Tank Edgah:
The vehicular traffic coming from Puranapul, Kamatipura, Kishanbagh towards the Edgah and Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Bahadurpura X Roads from 7 am to 11.30 am and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below.
During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Edgah and Tadban and it will be diverted towards Dr. Manmohan Singh express flyover (Zoo Park to Aramgarh). Parking places were provided for the devout at Zoo Park Wall and Open space Opp: Masjid Allah-ho-Akbar.
Motorists coming from Shivarampally and Danamma Huts towards the Edgah, Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Dannama Huts X Roads from 7 am to 11.30 am and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below.
During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Edgah and it will be diverted at Danamma Huts ‘X’ Roads towards Shastripuram, NS Kunta, etc.
The parking was provided at Single Line Parking on the road from Sufi Cars to Modern Petrol Pump, HMWS&SB, Modern Petrol Pump in front of Edgah main road, Inside and Outside Mir Alam filter bed and single line parking from pillar no: 91 to 94 to Legacy Palace Function Hall, (for Two & four wheelers).
The vehicular traffic coming from Kalapather towards the Edgah Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Kalapather law and order police station from 7 am to 11.30 am and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below.
During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Edgah and it will be diverted at Kalapather law and order police station towards Mochi Colony, Bahadurpura, Shamsheergunj and Nawab Saheb Kunta. The parking places provided were provided mass material shop parking and Indian Oil Petrol bunk.
From 7 am to 11.30 am, the heavy vehicles coming from Puranapul towards Bahadurpura will be diverted towards Ziyaguda and City College side (On needy Basis) till the entire congregation disperses after prayers from the Eidgah.
From 7 am to 11.30 am, the heavy vehicles coming from Shamshabad, Rajendra Nagar and Milardevpally towards Bahadurpura will be allowed from Dr. Manmohan Flyover till the entire congregation disperses after prayers from the Edgah.
From 7 am to 11.30 am, the heavy vehicles going from Bahadurpura side towards Shamshabad, Rajendra Nagar and Milardevpally will be allowed from Dr. Manmohan flyover till the entire congregation disperses after prayers from the Edgah.
