The Offspring found Kevin ‘Noodles’ Wasserman has had to step away from the band’s current tour as he revealed he is dealing with a ‘fairly serious health issue’
Fans of The Offspring were left stunned after one of their favourite musicians revealed they are dealing with a “fairly serious health issue”. It has left him needing to step away from performing – and he doesn’t know when he’ll return.
Founding member of the band, Kevin ‘Noodles’ Wasserman, released a statement on the band’s social media to share the sad announcement. He said on Instagram and Facebook: “It is with deep sadness that I have to announce that I need to step away from live performances for a while to deal with a sudden and fairly serious health issue.
“The rest of the band has my back, is super supportive, and will keep rocking you all in my absence. I hope to be back on stage sooner rather than later. Until then, I will miss all of you with all of my heart.
“Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts. I really appreciate it. – Noodles.”
