Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy had five catches, 25 yards, and a touchdown versus the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2. He was targeted seven times.
Why It Matters: Worthy had a nice 16-yard grab early on, but his other four catches covered just nine yards as he continues to do most of his work near the line of scrimmage. The good news, of course, is that Worthy scored a touchdown to generate fringe value for fantasy owners. Worthy has excellent speed, and you’d think that, over the long haul, Andy Reid will be able to find more diverse ways to get him involved. There’s still some upside with Worthy, who should be a depth piece in all but the shallowest of leagues, but you’d be taking a risk for modest upside if you plug him into your starting lineup right now.
