Tirumala: Himadri Foundation from Kolkata, West Bengal, donated Rs 2.5 crore to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) SV Pranadanam Trust on Wednesday.
Trustee Sri Anurag Choudhary, along with his family members, handed over the donation to TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu at the Chairman’s Camp Office in Tirumala.
Appreciating the donor’s generosity, Chairman Naidu said the funds will help provide quality medical services to poor patients under the trust.TTD board members and officials were present during the event.
On Thursday, Navya Marketing, a firm based in Hyderabad, donated Rs. 10,01,116 to the TTD Bird Trust. Another devotee from Guntur, Sri Venkata Krishna Chaitanya, donated Rs. 10,01,116 to the Sri Venkateswara Annaprasadam Trust.
TTD Board Member Nannapaneni Sadasiva Rao handed over the Demand Drafts (DDs) to the TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu at the Ranganayakula Mandapam within the Srivari Temple complex.
