NELLORE: YSRC president and former chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Ongole on Tuesday and consoled the family of late Kakumanu Rajasekhar, YSRC campaign wing state president and former Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (LIDCAP) chairman.
Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Rajasekhar’s residence at Cloughpet in Ongole and met his family members. Expressing sorrow over Rajasekhar’s demise, the YSRC chief conveyed his condolences and offered words of comfort.
Recalling Rajasekhar’s services to the YSRC, Jagan Mohan Reddy said Rajasekhar had worked with commitment and dedication and discharged his responsibilities with steadfastness. His demise was an irreparable loss to the party, Jagan Mohan Reddy said.
The YSRC chief assured the bereaved family that the party would stand by them and extend all possible support and assistance.
After spending some time with the family, Jagan Mohan Reddy left Ongole.
